1. Should water-based or solvent based cleaning agents be used

If the cleaning cost is required to be low, the volatilization of the cleaning is not required, and it is not sensitive to rust prevention, a water-based cleaning agent can be selected.

2. Should we use an ultrasonic cleaning machine or spray cleaning

If water-based cleaning agents are used in ultrasonic cleaners, they are not sensitive to foam requirements, while spray cleaning has requirements for foam. The requirements are low foam degreasing and degreasing cleaning agents. 3. Whether rust prevention is required or not after cleaning is another consideration:
The cleaning agent used for the production process is generally water-based, because water-based products have low costs and are more economical. If water-based cleaning agents do not have rust prevention functions, they will accelerate the rusting of metal materials. The reason is that removing the surface protective layer after cleaning will accelerate the rusting process. If there is a requirement for rust prevention, a water-based cleaning agent with rust prevention function should be selected. Similarly, everything has its advantages and disadvantages. If water-based products add some anti rust ingredients, these ingredients may reduce the cleaning function of water-based cleaning agents, and their cleaning power may decrease.
